Welcome to Holo Cabs! These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Golden Fox Technology Private Limited (CIN - U73100OR2021PTC038184), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Madhusudan Nagar, Tulsipur, Cuttack - 753008, Odisha, India ("Holo Cabs", "we", "us", "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our mobile application or website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1 - Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and/or using our app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, just as if you had agreed to these Terms in writing. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2 - User Consent

you consent to get calls, WhatsApp or SMS messages, including by automated means, from Holo Cabs and its affiliates to the number provided

3 - Booking and Usage:

When you make a booking through the Holo Cabs app, a driver will be assigned to your ride based on their proximity, vehicle type, and other factors. You can cancel your booking within a certain timeframe, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy. You may be charged a fee for late cancellations or if you are not available at the pickup location within a certain timeframe after your cab arrives. Any refunds due to cancellations or other reasons are subject to our Refund Policy.

4 - User Obligations:

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws. You are expected to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner towards our drivers. Any conduct that Holo Cabs deems inappropriate may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

5 - Use Restrictions:

You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any laws; (b) conduct any fraudulent or illegal activities; (c) cause harm or damage to us, our drivers, or other users; or (d) interfere with the proper operation of our services.

6 - Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holo Cabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with our services.

7 - Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Cuttack, Odisha, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

8 - Changes to These Terms:

Holo Cabs reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our app and website. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
