1 - Booking Method:

Users can book rides using the Holo Cabs mobile app, available on iOS and Android. To book a ride:

a) Open the Holo Cabs app and sign in to your account.

b) Enter your pick-up location and destination.

c) Choose the type of ride you want (e.g., standard, premium, shared, etc.).

d) Confirm your booking. Once your booking is confirmed, a driver will be assigned to your ride.

2 - Costs and Cost Estimation:

Your ride cost will be calculated based on:

a) Base Fare: This is a fixed amount that is charged at the beginning of every ride.

b) Distance: An amount per kilometer/mile will be charged. The distance is calculated from your pickup location to the destination.

c) Time: An amount per minute will be charged. The time is calculated from when your ride begins to when you reach your destination.

d) Surge Pricing: During times of high demand, a surge multiplier may apply to the base, distance, and time costs.

e) Taxes and Fees: Any applicable local taxes and regulatory fees.

When you book a ride, the app will provide an estimated fare. This is an estimate only and the actual cost may vary based on the actual distance traveled, travel time, and any changes to the route.

3 - Estimated Cab Reaching Duration:

The estimated time for the cab to reach your pickup location is based on factors such as the driver's current location, road conditions, traffic, and the time of day. This is an estimate only and the actual arrival time may vary. We aim to provide the most accurate estimates possible, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams or road closures can affect the arrival time.

Cab Tracking:

Once a cab is assigned to your booking, you can track its location in real-time on the Holo Cabs app. This tracking feature is available from the moment the cab is assigned to you, throughout your ride, until you reach your destination.

Please note:

• Be ready to depart at the pickup time to avoid any delays.
• If your plans change, you can modify or cancel your booking through the app.
• For your safety, share your ride details (like driver name, vehicle number, and other details) with a trusted person.

Changes to this Policy:

Holo Cabs reserves the right to update or modify this Service Fulfillment Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Holo Cabs app and website.
