After you book a ride through the Holo Cabs app, you will receive a summary of your ride. This summary will include:
a) Ride Details: The pick-up and drop-off locations, the estimated pickup time, and the vehicle type.
b) Estimated Fare: A breakdown of the fare, including the base fare, cost per kilometer/mile, and any applicable surge pricing.
c) Payment Method: The default payment method associated with your account or the payment method selected for the ride.
After the completion of the ride, the final fare will be calculated and an updated summary will be sent to you. This will include the actual distance traveled and time taken, and any other charges such as waiting time, toll charges, or other fees.
Please note that the estimated fare provided at the time of booking is an estimate only, and the final fare may vary based on actual travel distance, travel time, changes to the route due to traffic or the user's request, and any additional charges such as tolls or waiting time.
We accept various methods of payment to provide a seamless experience to our users. These include:
a) Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards.
b) UPI: You can pay for your rides using any UPI-enabled app.
c) In-App Wallet: You can top-up your Holo Cabs wallet in the app and use it to pay for rides.
d) Other Digital Wallets: We also accept payments from other popular digital wallets.
Please note: Cash payments are accepted in some areas; however, this option might not be available in all cities or for all types of rides.
By booking a ride with Holo Cabs, you agree to pay the total fare as shown in the ride summary, including any additional charges incurred during the ride.
