Cancellations:

Customer Cancellations: Users may cancel a ride within 5 minutes of booking without any charge. To cancel a booking, go to 'Your Trips' in the app, select the upcoming booking you want to cancel, and tap 'Cancel'. If a user cancels a booking after the initial 5-minute window, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is calculated based on the time since the booking was made, the driver's proximity to the pickup location, and other factors. The exact fee amount will be clearly communicated in the app during the cancellation process.

Driver Cancellations: If a driver cancels the ride, the user will not be charged, and Holo Cabs will aim to provide an alternate cab as soon as possible. However, if the driver cancels due to a user's delay or no-show at the pickup point after a specified waiting period, a cancellation fee may apply.

Scheduled Rides: If a user cancels a pre-booked ride more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee. To cancel a pre-booked ride, users must go to 'Your Trips', select the relevant booking and tap 'Cancel'. For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled ride, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds:

Refund Request Process: Users who wish to request a refund should do so through the Holo Cabs app. Go to 'Your Trips', select the relevant trip, and tap 'I have an issue'. Choose the relevant issue and submit your request. You may also contact our customer service via the 'Help & Support' section in the app.

Incorrect Charges: If a user believes they have been incorrectly charged, they can report it through the Holo Cabs app or contact our customer support team. After investigation, if an error is found on our part, the user will receive a full refund for the incorrect charge.

Service Issues: If a user experiences significant service issues, such as a driver taking a very inefficient route or a malfunctioning meter, they can report the issue through the app or contact our customer service. These complaints will be reviewed case by case, and if a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued to the user.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on the payment method and the bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in the user's account.

Disputes:

For any disputes related to ride charges, cancellations, or refunds, users are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team. Holo Cabs is committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Updates to this Policy:

Holo Cabs reserves the right to update or change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Holo Cabs app and website.
